taking it easy

Comments(4) i’ve been biking to work for a few years now. i enjoy trying to beat my best times, and with Strava that’s become even more fun. but i always get a headache, which I had attributed to poor hydration, but drinking more water hasn’t helped…nor has ibuprofen.
this morning i decided to take it easy, not try to set any PRs or anything like that. i just rode leisurely. it did take 5-7 minutes more than usual, but guess what: no headache. i felt fine.
so i guess i’ll be taking it easy/ier for now.
